Scope: Applies to all students, parents, staff, and administrators using Millennium.

Welcome to the Millennium. To ensure a safe, productive, and respectful digital learning environment, all users must adhere to this Acceptable Usage Policy.


1. Permitted Use

This application is designed strictly for educational and administrative purposes. Permitted activities include but not limited to:

  • Completing coursework, submitting markbook & report data, marking class rolls, entering incidents or wellbeing information.
  • Communicating with teachers, students, parents, and administrative staff.
  • Accessing grades, attendance records, and class schedules.

    2. Prohibited Conduct

    To maintain a secure and positive environment, users must not engage in the following:

  • Harassment & Bullying: Using Millennium to send threatening, harassing, discriminatory, or abusive messages.
  • Unauthorized Access: Sharing login credentials, accessing another user’s account, or attempting to breach Millennium's security.
  • Data Misuse: Downloading, sharing, or distributing sensitive personal student or staff data without explicit authorization.
  • Disruption: Using the platform to distribute malware, spam, or inappropriate content.
  • Academic Dishonesty: Using the platform to cheat, plagiarize, or assist others in doing so


    3. Privacy & Data Security

  • Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account.
  • Data Privacy: Users must comply with applicable privacy laws (e.g., Privacy Act 1988 in Australia or similar global standards). Do not share personal information about others.


    4. Consequences of Violation

    Violating this policy may result in the following actions:

  • Temporary or permanent suspension of Millennium access.
  • Disciplinary action in accordance with school or institutional guidelines.
  • Referral to legal authorities if local laws are breached.
