Millennium Schools Pty Ltd ("Millennium") authorizes you to access Millennium Sites/Services under the following terms & conditions. If you breach any of these Terms, your authorization to use this Site automatically terminates and you must immediately destroy any downloaded or printed materials.
No unlawful or prohibited use
As a condition of your use of the Millennium Sites/Services, you will not use the Millennium Sites/Services for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms, conditions, and notices. You must ensure that your access to any Millennium Web Site, or other Millennium Site/Service is not illegal or prohibited by laws which apply to you. You may not use the Millennium Sites/Services in any manner which could damage, disable, overburden, or impair any Millennium Sites/Service (or the network(s) connected to any Millennium Sites/Service) or interfere with any other person’s use and enjoyment of any Millennium Site/Service(s) (or network connected to any Millennium Site/Service). You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any Millennium Site/Service, other accounts, computer systems or networks connected to any Millennium Site/Service, through hacking, password mining or any other means. You must not obtain or attempt to obtain any materials or information through any means not intentionally made available through the Millennium Sites/Services.

New developments to the Millennium Schools software are performed soley at the discretion of Millennium, and if required, at a cost to schools requesting said development.

Millennium does not claim ownership of the materials you provide to Millennium (including feedback and suggestions) or post, upload, input or submit to any Millennium Site/Service or associated services for review by the general public ("Submission"). Millennium will not copy, alter, distribute, transmit, display, perform your Submission to any and all other users, third parties, affiliated organisation, etc. By posting, uploading, inputting, providing or submitting your Submission you warrant and represent that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to your Submission as described in this section including, without limitation, all the rights necessary for you to provide, post, upload, input or submit the Submissions.
